FSA Partners withdrew from providing AFSL audit services to the market in October 2024. SRJ Walker Wayland (Audit) Pty Ltd was subsequently engaged as Compliance Plan Auditor of the Solas Alternative Investment Fund ARSN 681 250 582 in November 2024.
The change in auditor was not updated with ASIC’s records at the time of engagement.
